Our Mission

Our meat goes through a 40 day hanging process that gives it the characteristic marbling. We cook our meat on the “Big Green Egg” grill, a particular method that intensifies the meats’ flavour.

Our history

The heart of La Masseria restaurant is a tuff vault, an ancient wine cellar, dating back to the eighteenth century. This location, combined with its particular decor, provides the restaurant’s customers with a unique atmosphere: a balanced mix of refined and rustic.

In Masseria you will find the best cuts of meat, selected only for you by our butcher with more than 20 years of experience. But La Masseria restaurant is not only about good meat. Our menu also offers traditional Italian food, fresh fish and a great variety of wine from Ticino, Lombardy and northern Italy.
